Account information, such as your email address, username, password authentication status, OAuth provider identifiers, and profile details returned by login providers such as Google or GitHub.

Product and usage information, such as API key metadata, dashboard actions, skill publishing records, search queries, model routing metadata, credit and usage ledger entries, and operational logs.

Content you choose to submit, such as prompts, files, skill descriptions, hosted skill inputs and outputs, support messages, and other materials you provide when using Terminus Intelligence.

Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, cookies or similar identifiers, and analytics events used to operate and improve the service.

Billing information when paid features are available. Payment details may be processed by payment providers rather than stored directly by Terminus Intelligence.

To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, support OAuth login, manage sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.

To provide the Terminus Intelligence marketplace, search, dashboard, API gateway, hosted skill execution, developer publishing, billing, and usage reporting features.

To route requests to selected model providers, hosted skills, integrations, or third-party services when you choose to use those features.

To monitor reliability, debug errors, detect abuse, enforce rate limits, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

To communicate with you about account activity, security, product updates, support requests, and developer or billing notices.

To analyze aggregate usage and improve Terminus Intelligence products, ranking, search quality, developer tools, and platform performance.

If you sign in with Google, GitHub, or another OAuth provider, we receive the information authorized by that provider, typically your verified email address, provider account identifier, and basic profile information.

We use OAuth information to authenticate you, link eligible accounts, prevent duplicate accounts, and protect account access. We do not receive your Google or GitHub password.

You can revoke Terminus Intelligence access through your provider account settings. Revoking provider access may not delete your Terminus Intelligence account or existing platform records.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Terminus Intelligence, including hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, authentication, security, customer support, payment processing, and infrastructure providers.

When you run a third-party skill, integration, model, or provider through Terminus Intelligence, information necessary to complete that request may be sent to the selected provider or developer service.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure product usage, detect abuse, and improve the website.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features, including authentication and dashboard access, may not work correctly without required cookies.

We retain account, usage, audit, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain platform security.

Some data may remain in backups, logs, audit trails, or ledger records for a limited period after deletion where retention is necessary for security, accounting, compliance, or fraud prevention.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, session protections, credential hashing, audit logs, and secure transport where appropriate.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password, API keys, OAuth accounts, and devices secure.

You may access and update certain account information through the dashboard. You can revoke API keys from your account settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding personal information.

Terminus Intelligence may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from your location.

By using Terminus Intelligence, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations as permitted by applicable law.

Terminus Intelligence is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at privacy@terminus.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice through the website or product.
